a bird and my face so that they merged into each other.

A visual system devised to map population sizes of every country in the world against their land area. Each circle represents
land area, and the pie slice of the circle represents the population size. Circles are placed geographically and are to
scale. 1189mm x 841mm

A bicycle that was restored to show the value in objects that we throw away. The entire process of restoration was
documented photographically and presented in a book, printed on recycled paper and using sustainable inks.

Another project inspired by sustainability. I found an old de-bossing press at a market, and bought it for 50p.
This inspired me to get some dies made up with my business card details on them. I then collected a selection of old
card that had been used for litho proofing, and cut it down to business card size. Each card can then be de-bossed
with the press, creating a unique card every time - and also acting as a self-referential piece of sustainable design.
